Technical characteristics

Adopt plane type inductor/transverse magnetic flux induction heating technology, the power frequency requirement is low (600-800Hz), with advantages of high heating efficiency, fast heating speed, and small temperature difference between the core and surface of the plate and strip.
A movable magnetic conductor with high efficiency is installed on the inductor conductor, driven by a servo motor. The movement of the magnetic conductor can adapt to different strip widths and adjust the transvere temperature difference of the strip steel.
A magnetic shielding device is installed at the edge of the inductor, driven by a servo motor, which can effectively prevent overheating at the edges of the plate and strip.
The high-power IGBT MF power supply has perfect protection functions, with reliable operation and low failure rate.
Adopt PLC + HMI and high-precision pyrometer to achieve temperature/speed closed-loop control, which can accurately control the heating temperature and realize automated production of the whole line.
