Technical characteristics

Adopt spiral multi-turn inductor/copper plate single turn inductor, longitudinal magnetic flux induction heating technology, the heating frequency depends on the plate thickness and heating temperature, and generally much higher than transverse magnetic flux induction heating.
Compared to transverse magnetic flux heating, the longitudinal magnetic flux inductor has a simple structure, good transverse temperature uniformity of the plate, high efficiency, and significant energy-saving effect.
Solid-state MOSFET/IGBT power supply has perfect protection functions, with reliable operation and low failure rate.
Adopt PLC + HMI and high-precision pyrometer to achieve temperature/speed closed-loop control, which can accurately control the heating temperature and realize automated production of the whole line.
