- Metal Melting, brazing, welding, forging, diathermanous, paint drying, hot assembly, tempering, quenching, annealing, normalizing and other hot working and heat treatment processes.
- IGBT Solid-state medium frequency/ultra-audio frequency induction heating equipment adopts an AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure, and the rectifier can adopt three structures to meet the needs of different customers: 3-phase 6-pulse thyristor rectification, diode rectification and IGBT DC chopping, and 12-pulse thyristor rectification.
- The inverter and resonant tank circuit can be divided into two types according to the structural properties: 1) parallel resonant type, 2) series resonant type. The two different resonant types of induction heating power supplies have a duality relationship and are suitable for different heated loads.
Parallel resonant type: adopt high-voltage high-power IGBT modules and high-power fast recovery diodes to form the current type inverter power unit, and high-power output is realized through direct superposition of the inverter power units. The resonant tank circuit can adopt pure parallel connection, voltage doubling, or transformer output methods based on different load conditions.
Series resonant type: The inverter adopts high-voltage high-power IGBT modules to form a voltage type inverter power unit. The output of the inverter achieves power combining, impedance matching, and electrical isolation through a matching transformer. The resonant tank circuit adopts series resonance and is designed independently based on different load heating conditions.
The complete equipment consists of induction heating power supply, resonant tank circuit cabinet, circulating soft water cooling system, operation console (optional), automatic control system (optional), etc.

- 1) Adopt high-voltage high-power IGBT modules to form a series/parallel resonant inverter. The modular power unit uses aluminum embedded copper tube heat dissipation technology, which has excellent corrosion resistance and heat dissipation ability.
- 2) The inverter phase-locked circuit adopts full digital control technology, and the main control chip adopts industrial grade CPLD, which has high reliability and flexibility. It not only has high phase-locked accuracy and wide phase-locked range, but also can meet the special needs of different users for external interfaces.
- 3) The rectifier adopts advanced FPGA microprocessor control system to achieve precise synchronous triggering, with high control accuracy and low non-characteristic harmonics on the grid side. It can achieve different operating modes such as constant power, constant voltage, and constant current.
- 4) The series resonant power supply has the function of automatic load matching on the inverter side, with high electrical efficiency, strong load adaptability, and high power factor on the grid side.
- 5) Having perfect protection functions of overvoltage, overcurrent, loss of lock, temperature, water flow, etc., with reliable operation and low failure rate.
- 6) Friendly human-machine interaction system: The PLC and color touch screen are adopted to form a complete HMI (human-machine interface system). On the one hand, the communication control with the user's upper computer is realized through Ethernet or DP communication, on the other hand, the automatic logic control, fault display and fault diagnosis functions of the power supply system can be realized, and the big data analysis and recording function is also available.
