Technical characteristics

Adopting cold crucible/vacuum zone melting process, and the inductor is lifted and lowered by a frequency conversion elevator, with adjustable speed.
Solid-state high-frequency MOSFET power supply, PSM impedance matching technology on inverter side, can achieve constant power control within the full heating range of the power supply, ensuring the quality of artificial gemstones and stable process.
Compared with the original vacuum tube high-frequency power supply, the power saving rate is over 30%, and with good process controllability.
Low voltage resonance, low electromagnetic radiation, and safe working environment.
Adopting PLC+HMI, the power output power and time of the melting and pulling can be flexibly set, reducing workers’ operations.
