Technical characteristics

IGBT medium frequency/ultra-audio frequency power supply has high heating efficiency, flexible control and is suitable for automatic control of automated production lines.
The IGBT medium frequency/ultra-audio frequency power supply operates at a frequency of 1-50kHz, with a simple power structure and high heating efficiency. The power supply has automatic load matching function on the inverter side, which can adapt to the heating of pipes with different diameters and wall thicknesses.
The inductors for pipes of different diameters and shapes are designed independently, which can achieve single station/multi-station heating. The inductor can be quickly replaced and positioned.
Adopt PLC + HMI and high-precision pyrometer to achieve temperature closed-loop control, which can accurately control the heat treatment temperature.
