High ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production line

PC steel bar has the features of high strength tenacity, low relaxation and good weldability, can meet JIS G3137 and GB/T 5223.3-2017 manufacturing standards of steel bar for prestressed concrete, widely used for concrete pipe pile, viaduct pier, railway sleeper, etc.

Applicable scope

High ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar (CRB600H rebar) is widely used in industrial and civil construction fields and meets National Standard GB13788-2017 for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar - General Specification For Concrete Structures (No.: GB 55008-2021, implemented since April 1, 2022). With the increasing investment in national infrastructure and the actual demand of energy saving and consumption reduction in constructional materials, high ductility cold-rolled ribbed steel bar has broad prospect for market development.

Technical characteristics

The power supply configuration for the whole line:
Common low speed line: IGBT medium frequency power supply 500kW/600kW/800kW
Advanced high speed line: IGBT medium / ultra-audio frequency power supply 800kW+800kW+400kW.
The whole line adopts control of PLC + inverter, with high level of automation and realizing automatic control of the whole line, such as tension control, automatic feeding and automatic shear.
The inductor is optimized designed, not only with high heating efficiency, but also can realize inductor quick-change
The induction heating power supply has function of temperature tracking control, with precise temperature control, fast heating speed and low power consumption.
Aluminum sealed cabinet is adopted to realize electromagnetic shielding and adapt to the harsh environment on site.
