Applicable scope

Applied for online heat treatment of weld seam for petroleum transportation pipes, high-pressure fluid pipes, and other high-quality steel pipes.

Technical characteristics

Adopt IGBT solid-state medium frequency power supply with a working frequency of 1-3kHz, with simple power supply structure, high heating efficiency, and excellent weld seam heat treatment effect.
IGBT solid-state MF power supply has automatic load matching function on the inverter side, which can adapt to steel pipe seam annealing with different pipe diameter and wall thickness to ensure the power output capacity.
The mechanical positioning table can automatically adjust the gap between the inductor and the weld seam in real-time, and equipped with fast lifting mechanism for the inductor, which can avoid collision between the inductor and the steel pipe with high safety.
Adopt PLC + HMI and high-precision pyrometer to achieve temperature closed-loop control of weld seam, which can accurately control annealing temperature.
Weld seam automatic tracking system is optional.
